Repair gets quoted before replacement

A large share of the "you need new gutters" recommendations in this valley are unnecessary. A sagging run on sound aluminum is a fastening problem, not a gutter problem — rehanging it on hidden hangers costs a few hundred dollars and buys another decade. Local conditions drive the recommendation

Boise is an unusual gutter market.
